2026-10-05

When requesting a new service line, you can now choose how it is activated.

Keep it in the new Pending Activation status until its first device is assigned. This lets you provision the service line ahead of time, for example while the devices are still being shipped, without being charged. Billing starts only once a device is assigned and the service line becomes active.

Or activate it immediately, as before. You can now also assign the Starlink devices as part of the request, so the service line is ready to use as soon as it is created.

Fixes

  • Account Statement: the print view of a credit note left out the remarks shown in its details view
  • A modal opened straight from a URL on top of another modal could not be scrolled with a trackpad or mouse wheel until it was closed and reopened

Improvements

  • The view button in a table row is now a real link: Cmd/Ctrl-click or middle-click opens that record in a new tab, right-click offers Copy Link Address, and the URL shows on hover. The same applies to record links inside table cells, and every record window has a Copy Link item in its More menu
  • Sales Registration, Ownership Assignment and POS Records import: up to 1,000 entries per run, up from 500
  • Product Check: added UPC to the product details and to the product export
  • Starlink: the service line list refreshes on its own once a request has created a new service line

Fixes

  • Export Deals and Export POS Records ignored the created date range filter and exported the full result set
  • Custom date ranges shifted by one day for users in time zones behind UTC
  • Search filters that accept several values (for example SIM search by multiple ICCIDs) applied only one of the selected values
  • Rebate Request: corrected the rebate column
  • Deal Registration: the end customer website accepted values that are not web addresses, such as a mailto: address; it now requires an http:// or https:// address and reports the format error on the field itself
  • Starlink: the request item table did not span the full width

  • Rewrote the API Keys guide as step-by-step procedures, including the three key scopes and what revoking does

  • Sales Registration, Ownership Assignment and POS Records import: up to 500 entries per run, up from 100
  • Lookup Devices: look up as many as 1,000 serial numbers at once, up from 100
  • Account Statement: an invoice now downloads as Invoice PPINV00xxxxxx - Peplink.pdf instead of a generic file name

Rename Access Tokens to API Keys

Based on the feedback we received, we renamed Access Tokens to API Keys to better reflect their purpose and avoid confusion. The API functionality remains the same, and only the name has been updated in the documentation and UI.
