Redeliver an event
Push an event to its webhook's URL again, with the same body and eventId.
For postpaid SIM service only
403 will be returned if your partner account does not have postpaid SIM service.
The event is set back to PENDING and pushed within a few seconds; its earlier attempts are kept and count toward the
3-attempt limit, so a FAILED event gets one more attempt.

Response
200 The event is queued for redelivery
No response body is returned.
400 The event is already pending delivery
Check the response body for the error details.
